  • Website usage – basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited

We collect this information when you fill in a form on our website, contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, meet our representatives at an exhibition or trade fair, or place an order with us.

These messages are sent through the official WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta. We only message people who have given us their number and agreed to receive such messages. We do not purchase contact lists, and we do not message people who have not agreed to hear from us.

To stop receiving these messages, reply STOP to any message from us, or contact us using the details in Section 13. We will remove you from our marketing list promptly. This will not affect our ability to reply to enquiries that you send to us.
